1.1. UAB "MAXAUTO BALTIC" ensures the rights of data subjects in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other normative legal acts regulating the processing of personal data. The Seller processes the personal data provided by the Buyer for the purposes of electronic commerce (execution of customer orders, information and warranty service).

1.2. The Seller receives and processes the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of e-commerce: name, surname, telephone number, address. This personal data is stored and processed until the order is fully fulfilled. The data is then transferred to a passive database. The personal data of an unregistered Buyer is stored for the entire period of warranty service and upon the expiration of this term, it is destroyed by an authorized employee of the company.

1.3. The Seller receives the personal data specified in Clause 1.2 of the Purchase and Sale Rules directly from the Buyer (upon registration of the website on the customer's account, after initiating the purchase and sale agreement). The seller does not process personal data obtained in other ways.

1.4.The Buyer confirms that he has had access to the terms of personal data processing and has the following rights:

1.4.1. The Buyer, having submitted an identity document to the Seller or in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts or by electronic means of communication, which allow proper identification of a person who has confirmed his identity, has the right to access his data and check how they are processed, i. y. to receive information from which sources and what personal data is collected, for what purpose they are processed, to whom they are provided, to demand correction, destruction of their personal data or to suspend the processing of personal data when the data is processed without complying with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data or other laws .

1.4.2. The buyer expresses his consent or disagreement with the processing of his personal data in writing, by e-mail, which he registered in the online store, indicating his name and surname.

1.4.3. Other rights provided for in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other normative legal acts.

1.5. The Buyer has the right to express requests in writing or by e-mail to correct, destroy personal data or suspend the processing of personal data.

1.6.The Seller undertakes to ensure the security of the Buyer's personal data, to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unlawful destruction and / or accidental alteration, disclosure and from any other unlawful processing. All employees of the Seller and its representatives undertake to protect the personal data of the Buyer.

1.7. To the extent and in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Purchase and Sale Rules, the Seller may provide personal data only to the data subject, parcel delivery companies, as well as other data recipients, when the Seller is obliged to provide personal data by laws, court decisions and other legal acts.
